In Almine's classes she is not necessarily the teacher as both teacher and student are venturing into the unknowable. It's an "explorative journey" that the students and teacher take together to reveal what is unknowable. Other teachers teach the known which is a cosy place to be. However, it's deluding because we can know nothing as life changes every moment and is therefore different from yesterday.
On the first day Almine explains what the current theme or focus has been for the several weeks so that all of the students are on the same page. In a typical 5 day class, the students are teaching in about 3 of those days. And at the end of the workshop Almine pulls all the threads together to weave the spiritual lessons together.
There is much bonding in Almine's classes between the students as they discover the unknowable together. Once the classroom time ends, the class continues through the use of Almine's Twitter, Dairy and her on-line courses so that the students can keep abreast as to the happenings of the cosmos and marry it with their own lives. We learn everywhere in life, from all beings and all events. In Almine's classes, we live and teach together and we explore what no one has ever explored before. It is called the unknowable and it is the cutting edge of mysticism.
